I found this video we put together in the early days when we were still working out of E’s garage. In fact the second half of the video is filmed in the same place we used to do our meetings. We used it to pitch to a few seeders including Y-Combinator, but it never really got much air time.
Our goal was to keep it under a minute (minus the outtakes) and we had just a couple of days to put it together. Half of the video was shot while me and Kelly were at the Y-Combinator Startup School at UC Berkeley, and the other half when I got back to Los Angeles.
Like the tiny whiteboard in Eric’s garage, this video is destined to be a piece of our startup history. And to Y-Combinator – you can bet we’re coming out again this year to hit you guys up for some funding, so stay tuned!
