Our Culture

ISBX was founded on the premise that we would create a better type of software development work environment for our employees, as we recognize employee retention is a key part of a successful services business

The Founders at ISBX have all worked together at numerous different firms prior, and from those combined experiences we wanted to create a Company Culture to do better by our employees.

Here are the Key Elements of our Company Culture:

Transparency - We are very open about the state of the company, the exciting news as well as the not so exciting. We make it a point to do profit sharing and bonuses annually based on the state of ISBX and each employee's participation in our continued success.

Work/Life Balance - This is important to all of us and at ISBX we make it a key part of our business. Many employees have families, and those that don't want to enjoy their free time, and ISBX sponsors nights out and weekend retreats annually for all employees and their families.

Collaboration - We are one big team made up of smaller teams, but we spend lunches and after hours together (Happy Hours/Retreats/Outings).

Nurturing Environment - Anytime an employee wants to learn a new skill, we are more than open to nurturing a new skill for their job through after hours education sponsorship.

Casual - There is no pretense here, we encourage our employees to come to work dressed comfortably and ready to spend the day with their teammates.

Fun - Whether it is trips to the go-cart track for the day, Happy Hour Fridays, or a company retreat to Mammoth, ISBX is known to be a fun place to work.
